All mattresses include a 5–10 year manufacturer’s structural warranty. All furniture items include a standard 1-year manufacturer’s structural warranty.
Any surface damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery or pickup.Because furniture items are large, transported over long distances, and affected by weather conditions, minor issues may occur. We will assess each situation reasonably. Repairs or replacements will be determined by the store or the manufacturer. If an item is deemed non-repairable, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement. If the product is out of stock, the customer may select an alternative item. During the warranty period, we provide free in-home service within 10 km.For locations beyond 10 km, a $4/km transportation fee will apply. Labour and replacement parts remain free of charge. Some products made of natural solid wood, genuine leather, marble, or those with antique/distressed finishes may have minor imperfections; these are not considered defects. Solid wood furniture is sensitive to temperature and humidity changes, and cracking due to natural expansion or contraction is not covered under warranty.For certain bed frame designs, gaps between the internal frame and the mattress may occur. This is normal and not considered a sizing or quality issue.
