All Queen-size mattresses, as well as certain other mattress sizes, may be exchanged within one week provided that the plastic packaging has not been opened. For customer health and hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. If you wish to request a return or exchange (where permitted), please download and complete our Return/Exchange Request Form and email it to Service@clareca.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
