Please ensure that someone is present during the scheduled delivery window, and that all rooms, hallways, and pathways are cleared and ready to receive the new furniture. If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons not caused by our company, we are unable to wait on-site and will proceed to the next customer. You may choose to pick up your order or arrange a second delivery. A second delivery will incur an additional delivery fee of $4/km Due to legal liability, we are not responsible for removing or disposing of your existing furniture or appliances.In accordance with Ontario safety regulations, delivery personnel cannot remove their safety shoes. Please protect your flooring accordingly. Please measure your room, doorways, staircases, and hallways to ensure the furniture can be delivered and placed successfully. In rare cases where the furniture is difficult to move into your home, our team will always try their best to handle it carefully. In such situations, the customer may choose to move the item themselves, or allow our team to proceed with careful handling, provided that the customer agrees to waive liability for any accidental property or product damage that may occur during the moving process.
